1. Photato wrote: A RF lens is not automatically better than RF-S because is larger FF. I just compared the Canon RF 24-105 kit lens to the R7 18-150 kit lens and this RF-S lens is better in all matching FL, except on vignetting, where almost all FF lenses would do better. No surprise , the RF-24-105 is cheaper.
1. Canon 24-70mm f/2.8. The 24-70mm f/2.8 is a staple in any pro photographers bag because of the wide variety of shots you can get and the excellent image quality. Check Price at Amazon.com. The 24-70mm f/2.8 lens is one of the most popular lenses in any lens lineup and for good reason.

I would rather drop 3k on 3 great primes than 3k on a massive and heavy one, and the likes of the 35 f1.i and the 85 f2 etc just don’t motivate me to spend any money. For that reason I stick to the 24-105 f4 for general purpose, and the 50 f1.8 stm for lower light shooting. For the latter I would preferred something like the 50 GM from sony

Canon RF 24-105 f/4-7.1. The main thing that makes me not want to recommend this lens is the f/7.1 maximum aperture at the longer (105mm) end. When you shoot at longer focal lengths, you need a faster shutter speed. Plus this is a focal length you may want to use for shooting sports or wildlife as well, which also tend to require faster shutter .
